Roope Motor Company at 210 East Victory Way, Craig, as it looked in 1946. A few years later this building would be destroyed by fire, and today this is the site of J.W. Snack's Gulf Coast Bar & Grill.

This 1910 photograph is of a bronc riding contest in downtown Craig, in the area between Yampa Avenue and Russell Street and present-day East Victory Way with the Royal Hotel building visible behind the fence. Today this site would be near the Prodigal Son’s Coffee House & Eatery at 34 E. Victory Way.
