They are loaded with nutrients, hydration and only 30 calories per cup. Their most notable offerings are vitamin A, the powerful antioxidant beta carotene, fiber, and they are a good plant source of iron. Baby carrots are sweet, crunchy and satisfying. They easily go anywhere as a snack or with almost any meal.
