It doesn’t feel like the Moffat County Fair is already over to me.

I missed it this year, but I bet all the kids and participants did a great job with their various projects.

I haven’t been feeling too perky lately, but I’m starting to feel better.

I hadn’t been doing much going out. My sister, Anna Berniece James, and her daughter, Venita Jean, recently visited me, my family and friends.

They are from Laramie, Wyo.

I have birthday wishes this week for Gladys Mansfield, Dee Phillips, Darlene Turner, Shirley Jarrell and Dorothy Webb.

Get well/speedy recovery to Mary Vigil, Dolores St. Louis, Frank Hadley, Steven Sharp, Alexandra Orr and DeAnna Jacobs.

The noon potluck is scheduled for Friday at Sunset Meadows I.

The Moffat County Hot Air Balloon Festival begins Friday at Loudy-Simpson Park. It sounds like fun.

News is always welcome. Call me with yours at 824-2139.

Thanks.
