• Eric Matthew Anderson, 25, was booked into the Moffat County Jail on charges of first-degree criminal trespassing, criminal mischief, third-degree assault and domestic violence.
• Donald J. Wocher, 47, was booked into the Moffat County Jail on a charge of failure to comply.

• Officers responded to a call about a tenant who vandalized his apartment after receiving a notice to vacate.
• Officers received a call about a lost cell phone.
Moffat County Sheriff’s Office
Tuesday, Oct. 6
• Police located a guitar at a pawn shop matching the description of one that was reported stolen.
