At Craig Middle School, an officer took a report of harassment.

At Moffat County High School, a resource officer took a report of a drug violation involving students smoking tobacco.



At Sunset Elementary School, an officer took a report of a juveniles fighting on the playground.

At Yampa and West Victory Way, officers responded to a vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and one of the drivers was issued a summons.

In the 400 block of East Fourth Street, an officer took a report of theft. A checkbook and other personal items were reported stolen from a truck that had been broken into.

In the 700 block of Hospital Loop, a man was arrested on charges third-degree assault and domestic violence.

In the 400 block of East Fourth Street, an officer took a report of theft from an unlocked truck. A pair of Oakley sunglasses and some change were reported missing.

In the 500 block of School Street, a man was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and unlawful use of a controlled substance.

In the 3800 block of West Sixth Street, an officer took a report of a domestic dispute and arrested one man on charges of domestic violence.

In the 2300 block of East Victory Way, a woman was arrested on a warrant for failure to comply.

In the 500 block of Rose Street, an officer took a report of an assault at a Horizons Specialized Services residential facility.

In the 2000 block of West Victory Way, a man was arrested on a drug related warrant out of Garfield County.

Joseph Lee Guseman, 36, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of sexual assault, sexual assault on a child and failure to register as a sex offender.

Robert Henry Wieland III, 35, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear.
