Arturo Medina Villa, 48, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving while license was restrained, driving a vehicle with defective lights and compulsory insurance.

Kelly Warren Hayes, 50, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, compulsory insurance, obstruction of driving mechanism, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and open alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle.

Chelsea Brinee Burkett, 22, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Katherine Lee Carson, 33, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving after revocation prohibited and failing to use a turn signal.
