Troy Lee Flannery, 48, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of registration provisions.



Erick Sergio Talavera-Valles, 23, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant for failing to appear.

Saturday, Aug. 24



Sabrina Ashley Zachary, 23, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of assault, criminal tampering and domestic violence.

Sunday, Aug. 25

Todd John Tyburski, 24, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order.

Dylan R Tomlin, 21, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant for failing to comply.

Scott Conley Crothers, 49, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant for failing to appear.

Michael Andrew McArthur, 32, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of third degree assault, criminal mischief, false imprisonment, child abuse and domestic violence.

Eric Allen Stettler, 23, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant.

Monday, Aug. 26

Kristy Dion Nielson, 46, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant for damaging property.

Brittany Justine Mercer, 25, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant for failing to comply.

Friday, Aug. 23

6:47 a.m. Officers responded to the 000 block of Commerce Street for a report of a disturbance in progress. Two adult males were issued summonses for disorderly conduce and getting into a fight.

12:12 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of Tucker Street for a report of theft. A bike had been reported stolen and the investigation continues.

12:36 p.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of West Victory Way for a report of a hit and run accident. A menu board had been hit and the investigation continues.

8:50 p.m. Officers responded to the 700 block of Hospital Loop for a report of an animal complaint. Animal Control contacted the dog’s owner who will provide proof of vaccination for the dog.

Saturday, Aug. 24

1:57 a.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of West First Street for a report of domestic violence. An adult female was arrested.

6:47 a.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of West First Street for a report of a hit and run traffic accident. The investigation continues.

6:59 p.m. Officers responded to the 1200 block of Marianna Way for a report of theft. Someone had reported stolen honey and honey equipment. After investigation it was determined no crime had happened.

7:40 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of Russell Street for a follow-up investigation. Officers contacted and warned a pet owner for an at-large dog.

9:23 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Tucker Street for an arrest. An adult male was arrested for crime of violation of a restraining order.

Sunday, Aug. 25

12:11 a.m. Officers responded to the 300 block of Rose Street for an arrest. An adult male was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear.

12:51 a.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of School Street for a report of a disturbance in progress. An adult male was arrested for third degree assault.

10:56 a.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of West Victory Way for a report of theft. A trespass notice was served.

12:27 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Barclay Street for an arrest. An adult male was arrested on a felony warrant.

Monday, Aug. 26

6:35 a.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Breeze Street for a report of theft. The male reporting party said a bicycle had been stolen from his yard.

9:29 a.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of West Victory Way for an arrest. A female was arrested.

1:49 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Washington Street for an arrest. A male party was arrested on a warrant.

3:07 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of Yampa Avenue for a report of a hit and run. Officers were unable to locate the other vehicle or driver.

11:55 p.m. Officers responded to the 1200 block of West Victory Way for a report of harassment. A female reported that another female was harassing her. Officers warned her to stay away.
