In recognition of the 15-year anniversary of its Community Health Centers, starting Wednesday, Northwest Colorado Health will be giving out appreciation goody bags for patients while supplies last.

Coinciding with National Health Center Week, Northwest Colorado Health is celebrating 15 years of providing high-quality, affordable care for anyone in the community who needs it.

According to the health care provider, Northwest Colorado Health offers integrated primary care, behavioral health and dental care at its Community Health Centers in Steamboat Springs and Craig, as well as at its dental clinics in Oak Creek and Craig, and through its mobile school-based health dental clinic.

Northwest Colorado Health also reports that more than 6,000 patients of all ages receive care at Northwest Colorado Health every year. For more about the Community Health Centers, NorthwestColoradoHealth.org/chc.
