Agenda:



■ 8:30 to 8:35 a.m. Call to order, Pledge of Allegiance, moment of silence

■ 8:35 to 8:45 a.m. Consent agenda:



Review and sign the following documents: Sept. 24 meeting minutes, resolution for transfer of intergovernmental funds, emergency management program grant agreement, CareHere contract, wellness center flooring contract with TLC and the museum of Northwest Colorado deck rebuild contract with APH.

■ 8:45 to 9 a.m. General discussion:

Note: Commissioners may discuss any topic relevant to county business whether or not the topic has been specifically noted on the agenda.

■ 9 to 9:10 a.m. Discussion with Bill Mack and Linda DeRose, of road and bridge

Present present Patriot Highway striping final payment for 2013 striping project.

Snow removal request.

■ 9:10 to 9:20 a.m. Discussion with Jeff Comstock, of the natural resources department

Present TransWest powerline project comments for signature.

■ 9:20 to 9:50 a.m. Discussion with Alec Brown, of the sheriff’s office

Discuss model traffic code.

■ 9:50 to 9:55 a.m. Discussion with Lynette Running, of the human resources department

Present personnel requisition for approval.

The agenda is subject to change until 24 hours before scheduled hearings. The board may alter the times of the meetings throughout the day or cancel or reschedule noticed meetings.
