Four Craig police officers to receive award at city council meeting

CRAIG — Craig Police Chief Jerry Delong will present awards to four officers who rescued an elderly woman from a burning house in June during the Craig City Council’s regular meeting, set for 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, Aug 14, at Craig City Hall, 300 W. Fourth St.
In other businesss, The Adams Group will present the 2017 city audit, and council members will receive an update on the Parks and Recreation Master Plan.
Other issues up for discussion include the potential purchase of portable radios, a topic that was tabled from a previous meeting in June.
