9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The Aging Well Program’s “Wellness Wednesday” is at American Legion Post No. 62 for individuals ages 50 and older. It includes art, writing and exercise classes throughout the day. Lunch is served at each week’s presentation. To register for activities, call 871-7676.

6:30 p.m. The Moffat County School Board conducts an interview with Christine Villard, currently the Moffat County School District assistant superintendent, and one of three finalists for the superintendent position, at the school district administrative building, 775 Yampa Ave. The interview is open to the public.

1 p.m. Community United meets at the Craig Firehouse, 419 Yampa Ave. A coffee bar will be provided; attendees may bring snacks to share. Call 824-6424.
6:30 p.m. The Moffat County School Board conducts an interview with the second of three finalists for the superintendent position at the school district administrative building, 775 Yampa Ave. The meeting is open to the public.
Friday, March 6
9 to 11 a.m. Playgroup for toddler/preschool-age children takes place at the Early Childhood Development Center, 775 Yampa Ave. Call Kevin at 824-1703 or Ann Anderson at 826-2717.
1:30 to 3 p.m. The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association, 745 Russell St., offers a drop-in sexually transmitted disease clinic. The clinic is free and confidential and will include screening for various sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV. No appointment is necessary. Call 824-8233.
5 p.m. The Elks Lodge, 43 W. Victory Way, hosts bingo. Doors open at 5 p.m. Games begin at 6:15 p.m. Call Frank at 824-6131 or 620-0874.

7 to 9 p.m. Celebrate Recovery meets at 1150 W. Ninth St. The group is designed to help people overcome hurts, habits and hang-ups. Child care is provided, and late-comers are welcome. Call 824-5926.
