11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Hayden Order of Eastern Star Chapter 99’s annual potato bar is at the Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall in Hayden. The cost is $6.50 for a baked potato, salad, dessert and drink. Call Dora Watson at 824-2251.
5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The Craig Chamber of Commerce sponsors a free business after-hours mixer at the Holiday Inn of Craig. This month’s host is Rocky Mountain Health Plans. The community is invited.
6:15 p.m. The Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary holds bingo at the VFW, 419 E. Victory Way. The public is invited to attend.
7 p.m. Heartbeat, a support group for those who have lost a loved one to suicide, meets at First Congregational Church, 630 Green St. Call 824-6541.

10 and 11:30 a.m. Story-time is at the Craig branch of Moffat County Libraries, 570 Green St. The theme is trains. Call 824-5116.
7 p.m. Local theater group Craig Performing Arts Project will meet at The Center of Craig, 600 Yampa Ave., to elect officers and choose a new name. Call Cindy Chotvacs at 824-5116.
7 p.m. The Homeschool Speech and Drama Club presents its spring production in the Craig Middle School auditorium, 915 Yampa Ave. Admission is free.
Friday, March 24
10 to 11 a.m. A playgroup for children meets at the Early Childhood Center at the Moffat County School District administration building, 775 Yampa Ave. Children in kindergarten and younger are welcome. Call Karra at 326-8553.
7 p.m. The Homeschool Speech and Drama Club presents its spring production in the Craig Middle School auditorium, 915 Yampa Ave. Admission is free.
Saturday, March 25

5 p.m. Local Union No. 1799 of the United Mine Workers of America will meet at The Center of Craig.
Monday, March 27
7 p.m. Moffat County Habitat for Humanity meets at First Congreg–ational Church, 630 Green St.
7:30 p.m. The Yampa No. 88 Masonic Lodge meets at 544 Breeze St. All members and visitors are welcome.
Wednesday, March 29
9 to 11 a.m. The Moffat County Department of Social Services distributes United States Department of Agriculture commodities at 595 Breeze St. Distribution in Dinosaur is from 1 to 2 p.m. at the social services building. Distribution in Maybell is from 9 to 9:30 a.m. at the community center. All households that receive commodities must be re-certified each year. Picture ID, proof of address and income or current eligibility is required. Call social services at 824-8282.
