Things were getting a little loud this weekend in downtown Craig to say the least.

Moffat County Rockfest brought in a variety of Western Slope metal bands Saturday evening in Alice Pleasant Park.

The collection of hard-rocking groups was sponsored by Downtown Business Association, Treble in the Yampa, and The Tattoo Syndicate, with a full festival complete with a beer tent and food trucks as spectators enjoyed the tunes of groups including Weirdos in My House, Buried in the Desert, Divide the Wrath and Sole Aggression.
