March 14, 1939 – May 18, 2021

Norma L. Santistevan, 82, died May 18, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lincoln. Services will be Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Craig Funeral Home in Minden. Private family inurnment will be later at Minden Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Memorials suggested to the family.

Norma was born March 14, 1939 in Cedar Rapids, IA to Lewis and Francis (Rogers) Rusk. She grew up in the Cedar Rapids area. She was united in marriage to Albert A. Santistevan. The family lived in Craig, CO, where she operated Norma’s Tips To Toes. They moved to Minden in 2007.

Survivors include: husband, Albert; sons, Jerry Bell, Tracy (JoAnna) Santistevan, Maurice (Bert) Santistevan, and Carlos Santistevan; daughters, DeAnna (Rick) Elsberry; Sally (Sam) Baca, and Laurel Cordova; daughter-in-law, Berta Bell; 17 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren; brother, David (Mary) Rusk; and several extended relatives.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; son, James Bell; brothers, Jack Rusk, and Paul Rusk; sisters, Betty Bewley, Martha Sisco, and Ruth Chapman.
