Yampa Valley Medical Center to oversee Baggs clinic
Yampa Valley Medical Center recently announced it will assume operational management of the medical clinic in Baggs, Wyo, according to a press release issued by the medical outlet Thursday.
The release said the Baggs location — which also functioned as a satellite office for Craig’s Kinder Family Clinic and before that, Noyes Clinic — will go by the name Little Snake River Valley Clinic.
“We’re pleased to have been selected to provide services at the Little Snake River Valley Clinic and look forward to working with everyone in Baggs and the surrounding area.” said Frank May, chief executive officer of YVMC in the release. “We are excited to provide additional health care services to the community.”
The clinic’s hours will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, with nurse practitioners Jona Ely, DNP-C, and Greg Holm, PhD, NP, seeing patients at the beginning and end of the work week on Mondays and Thursdays.
Services offered by the clinic, as detailed in the release, include first aid care, blood draws, drug screens, primary care for all ages, worker’s compensation care and occupational medicine services with all major insurance plans accepted.
