Wellness Tip: Chia seeds
Chia seeds have a nutlike flavor and are an excellent addition to smoothies or your favorite beverage. Chia seeds are rich sources of omega-3 fatty acids and fiber. They can be stored for long periods without going rancid. They are a good source of antioxidants, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, niacin, phosphorus and zinc. Try making a Chia seed pudding for a sweet treat.
