W.L. “Bill” Terrill: Thanks for the story
To the editor:
I want to thank Dan and Mary Pat for the article on my father, W.H. “Bill” Terrill, that was in the Saturday Morning Press on Dec. 13. He was definitely a public servand and one who was here to serve and protect.
As you stated in your article, he went on to be a United States Marshal under the Kennedy administration and later for the Johnson administration. Out of the 97 marshals, he and my uncle John H. Terrill were in the top five that served our country at the time.
Once again, thank you for your interest in his career and his contributions to Moffat County.
W.L. “Bill” Terrill
I spent this past Saturday morning preparing for Sunday’s lunch branding — at least what I could get done early. I cooked pasta and boiled eggs. I made a gelatin salad. I decided to bake a banana cake, a family favorite, for dessert.
