Union Telephone Company, a Wyoming Corporation, hereby gives Public Notice pursuant to the Federal Communications Commission’s Nationwide Programmatic Agreement for Review of Effects Under the National Historic Preservation Act (the “NPA”), that it plans to construct a 80 foot tower and a fiberglass building 8′ long X 16′ wide X 8′ high, a generator building 8′ X 12′ wide X 8′ high (“Facilities”) for the purpose of transmitting radio frequency signals for telecommunication purposes at the following location:

Southeast 1/4, Section 31, T. 7 N., R. 88 W., 6th PM, Routt County, Colorado.

If any person desires to make comments regarding potential effects of the planned Facilities on Historic Properties as defined in the NPA, such comments should be submitted in writing to:
