Two juveniles injured in ATV accident north of Craig

Craig Daily Press Staff Report

Craig Fire/Rescue and The Memorial Hospital Emergency Medical Services responded to a call of an ATV accident at about 5 p.m. Saturday about 20 miles north of Craig.

Responders met with a pickup truck traveling southbound carrying a 5-year-old male and adult female who had reportedly been involved in an accident that had injured the boy.

An additional call was made to assist a 13-year-old female who had also been injured in an ATV accident near the same location.

The parties were transported to The Memorial Hospital. The 13-year-old and the adult woman were both treated and released, while the 5-year-old was transported to another facility, though TMH staff was unable to specify where.

The Craig Daily Press will have more on this story as it develops.
