Trapper Fitness lease, hospital request for property top Moffat County College District Board Agenda
CRAIG — A Trapper Fitness Center lease, land on college hill and the Bell Tower Building are up for consideration when the Moffat County Affiliated Junior College District Board of Control members meet Monday.
The meeting will start at 6 p.m., Monday, Feb. 26 in room 255 of the Academic Services Building, on the Craig Campus of the Colorado Northwestern Community College, 2801 W. Ninth St.
After the meeting begins, the board intends to convene an executive session pursuant to §24-6-402(4)(a), C.R.S.) to discuss the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of any real, personal, or other property interest then consider:
• Adopting recommendations, renewing a lease and the appraisal of Trapper Fitness Center
• Approving request form Memorial Regional Health for the removal and dirt from lot two, transfer of land from lots two and five
• Suggestions for the Bell Tower building
They will also consider reallocation of funds set aside for a feasibility study, discuss updates to bylaws, student housing, the CNCC website and receive regular reports from CNCC staff, board liaisons.
