TMH purchases land in Craig near Walmart

Craig Daily Press Staff Report

The Memorial Hospital in Craig has purchased two lots near the Walmart shopping center, said Jennifer Riley, chief of marketing and business development.

Riley said the hospital purchased the lots for $686,756. The lots span about 131,000 square feet, Riley said, and the previous owners were Kloos Investments, LLC and Casey Properties, Inc.

Riley said the land is on the northern edge of the subdivision on the west side of the entrance road to Walmart.

“The board (of trustees) hasn’t indicated what the future uses of the property will be,” Riley said.
