Tuesday, June 25

Casey Don Anderson, 32, of Oakley, Utah, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear.



Jacob Christopher Black, 30, of Mount Pleasant, Texas, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a court order.

Robert Dean Nuebel, 18, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Tuesday, June 25

12:25 p.m. Code enforcement officers responded to three addresses in the 2100 block of Jeffcoat Drive and issued warnings for weeds.

12:57 p.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 300 block of Washington Street and issued a warning for weeds.

1:43 p.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 1100 block of Barclay Street and issued a warning for junk and trash.

2:04 p.m. Code enforcement officers responded to four addresses on Yampa Avenue and issued warnings for junk and weeds.

2:16 p.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 900 block of Breeze Street and issued a warning for weeds.

7:04 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of East Seventh Street and Yampa Avenue for a traffic stop. A male party was arrested for revocation of probation and booked into Moffat County Jail.

Wednesday, June 26

8:02 a.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of West First Street for a hit and run accident. A female party reported someone drove onto her lawn and damaged her yard ornaments.

10:12 a.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 700 block of Texas Avenue and issued a warning to the property owner.

10:43 a.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of West First Street for a report of domestic violence. A female party reported harassment from her ex-husband. He was warned.

11:38 a.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Washington Street for an agency assist. They aided in searching a vehicle.

6:54 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of First Avenue West for a report of burglary. The reporting party said items were taken from a townhouse, and named a male suspect who used to be a roommate.

7:40 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of Legion Street for a report of criminal mischief. A female party reported someone had used and damaged her hot tub while she was away. She named suspects.

Wednesday, June 26

12:58 p.m. Deputies responded to the 400 block of Triceratops Drive to execute a warrant.

9:35 p.m. Deputies responded to the 1400 block of Sequoia Avenue for a report of criminal mischief.
