Friday, Feb. 15

James Andreas Foley, 44, a transient, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Brian David Garcia, 34, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of harassment, third-degree assault, and domestic violence.

Erica Marie Harpole, 28, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, harassment, and third-degree assault.

Victor Villa-Estrada, 19, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Cynthia Ann Strong, 44, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving without insurance, driving while license was suspended for previously driving without insurance, and disobeying a traffic control device.

Caesar Vance Collins, 22, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Kaushik Chhitubai Patel, 39, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of third-degree assault, domestic violence, and child abuse.

Sunday, Feb. 17

Jacklyn Frances Perry, 26, of Oak Creek, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Keli Marie Walls, 22, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Monday, Feb. 18

Mikki Jolynn Clutter, 42, of Riverton, Wyo., was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.

Joey K. Jones, 53, of Riverton, Wyo., was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and having license plates improperly attached to the vehicle.

Courtney Leigh Sommers, 34, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a court order.

Ward Sheridan Wallace, 58, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Friday, Feb. 15

2:14 a.m. Officers responded to Colorado Highway 394 and Knez Divide Road to assist the Moffat County Sheriff's Office with a woman who was driving under the influence.

10:34 a.m. Officers responded to a report of a Google Nexus notebook stolen from a backpack on a school bus or from the Boys & Girls Club of Craig. Officers think they have a suspect.

1:31 p.m. Officers responded to Sixth Street and Yampa Avenue for a report of a found bicycle.

4:05 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Ledford Street for a report of theft. A woman reported her son stole several items from her home and gave them to a third party. Officers contacted the third party.

5:33 p.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of west Victory Way for a report of shoplifting by a juvenile man. Officers contacted the parents, and issued the young man with a summons and a trespass notice.

8:25 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Wickes Avenue for a criminal mischief report. A woman victim told officers her car had been egged. Officers do not have any suspects.

Saturday, Feb. 16

12 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Yampa Avenue for a report of a stolen bicycle. Officers located the bicycle in the 800 block of Barclay Street. It was returned to its owner.

5:56 p.m. Officers responded to the 3400 block of Douglas Street for a report of domestic violence. Upon arrival on scene officers heard a man and woman screaming, and throwing items around the home. Officers believed children were present. The man was arrested.

11:12 p.m. Officers stopped a woman driver in the eastbound lane of the 2400 block of U.S. Highway 40. The woman was taken into custody on a warrant.

Sunday, Feb. 17

12:59 a.m. Officers stopped a juvenile woman driver in the 500 block of Lincoln. The woman received a citation for driving on a temporary permit.

1:59 p.m. Officers issued a summons to a male driver at the intersection of west Sixth and Ranney Streets.

2:12 p.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of west First Street for a report of fraud. A woman transferred money to another party, but did not receive the items she bought.

2:54 p.m. Officers issued a citation to a male driver for reckless driving in the 1000 block of west Victory Way.

8:14 p.m. Officers arrested a woman in the 600 block of Conner Drive on a warrant.

Monday, Feb. 18

12:57 a.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Yampa Avenue and arrested a man and a woman for illegal possession of marijuana. The man and the woman were reportedly in possession of about 15 ounces of marijuana. Colorado law permits individual possession of up to 1 ounce of marijuana. The man and the woman's two dogs also were impounded.

5: 01 p.m. Officers issued a summons to a female driver on east Fourth Street and Washington for failure to yield right of way from a stop sign.

9:12 p.m. Officers responded to the 2200 block of Jeffcoat Drive for a woman victim who was shot in the hand. A man was reportedly looking at his gun when it discharged. The woman was transported to The Memorial Hospital of Craig.

9:01 p.m. Deputies issued a citation to a man who failed to stop at a stop sign in the 1000 block of Sequoia.
