Moffat County Jail

Harley Keith Guess, 74, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of second-degree assault.

Jeremy Travis Retter, 26, of Hayden, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a court order.



Edwin Richard Gereaux, 52, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under restraint, synthetic narcotics possession, driving with an open alcoholic beverage, drug paraphernalia possession, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, authorized possession and driving without insurance.

8:33 a.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of West Victory Way for a noninjury crash.

8:59 a.m. Officers responded to the 300 block of west Victory Way for a two-vehicle crash. One driver was transported to The Memorial Hospital in Craig with minor injuries.

12:59 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of West Victory Way for a report of a child who was not properly restrained in a vehicle. A woman was issued a summons for the violation and for driving without a valid license and driving without insurance.

3:57 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Green Street and West Victory Way for a noninjury crash.
