The Memorial Hospital Board takes action at Thursday meeting

At its monthly meeting Thursday night, The Memorial Hospital Board:

• Approved, 5-0, medical staff privileges as presented.

• Approved, 5-0, a recommendation from the finance committee regarding the purchase of a virtual testing and training server.



• Approved, 5-0, the time and date for a special board meeting to review the 2011 budget.

The meeting will take place at 6 p.m. Nov. 17. A second special meeting has been set for 6 p.m. Dec. 7 to review the hospital’s three-year strategic plan.

• Approved, 5-0, a Quorum Health Services hospital administrative agreement for Department of Housing and Urban Development modifications.

— Hospital board members Luke Forrest and Don Meyers were absent from the meeting.
