Suspicious person seen videotaping from car: On the Record — Tuesday, July 31

4:21 a.m. At Jiffy Lube, officers with the Craig Police Department responded to a report of a suspicious man fooling around outside. Officers investigated and determined the man wasn't causing a disturbance.

8:02 a.m. On the 500 block of Yampa Avenue, officers responded to a report of an active business alarm. No problems were found.

1:23 p.m. On the 500 block of School Street, a 34-year-old Craig woman was arrested on a warrant for a suspected probation violation.

2:28 p.m. At Craig Cemetery, 0fficers investigated a report of a damaged tombstone. They determined the damage was an act of criminal mischief.

4:51 p.m. On the 600 block of Breeze Street, officers investigated a report of a stolen bicycle.

5:55 p.m. On the 2000 block of Victory Way, a caller reported seeing a suspicious vehicle occupied by a driver who was possibly videotaping people outside. The vehicle was gone when officers arrived.

7:42 p.m. At a business in the 2000 block of West Victory Way, officers issued a trespassing noticed to a man who was allegedly harassing employees.

10:11 p.m. On the 800 block of Finley Lane, a caller reported suspicious activities in a vacant house. When officers arrived, they found the house's owner doing work inside the house.
