Suspicious people caught using library Wi-Fi : On the record, July 30. 2018

1:23 a.m. At the Moffat County Library, Craig Police Department officers responded to a report of a suspicious person outside the library. When officers arrived, the person said they were using the Wi-Fi.
1:41 a.m. At Woodbury Park, officers responded to a suspicious vehicle parked nearby. Officers found the driver sleeping inside the car. The driver was asked to leave.
9:00 p.m. On the 750 block of Hospital Loop, a patient reported being harassed via telephone.
9:27 p.m. At North Park, officers found a lost bicycle.
10:27 a.m. On the 400 block of Tucker Street, officers found a lost bicycle.
11:53 a.m. At the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Victory Way, officers responded to a traffic crash involving a Ford pickup truck and a Ford Explorer. Neither driver was hurt, and a citation issued to one of the drivers.
2:22 p.m. At the intersection of Green and Sixth streets, officers responded to a traffic crash involving a SUV and a van. No one was injured, and one driver was issued a citation
5:48 p.m. On the 1400 block of Sage Street, a caller reported a hit-and-run crash involving a parked vehicle. The suspect vehicle left the scene before officers arrived.
10:37 p.m. On Hospital Loop, a caller reported seeing a suspicious man with blood on his shirt looking agitated. When officers arrived, the man said the blood was from an injury the hospital treated. Officers sent the man on his way.
9:02 a.m. On the 1000 block of Sage Court, community services personnel in Craig responded to a code enforcement call. A resident was issued a verbal warning for a code violation.
