Superfood Tip: The power of juicy peaches
How can we let summer slip through our fingers without showcasing peaches as a superfood? Peaches are a very unique food because to some kids and adults it can be mistaken as candy!
Peaches offer a sweet juicy mouth-feel and provide only 60 calories, zero fat and 3 grams of fiber. The peach rivals the banana in potassium content and is loaded with vitamins C and A. It works great to stock up on peaches during the summer and freeze or can them for the rest of the year.
