Superfood Tip: Cauliflower

Cauliflower is emerging as the food trend of the summer. New recipes highlight the vegetable’s versatility in preparation and flavor. You’ve probably have had it steamed, roasted or in a soup, but cauliflower ends up being capable of much more. The five top recipes serve cauliflower as a “steak,” as the main ingredient in alfredo sauce and tabouli, as “mashed potatoes” and as a way to make a healthier mac and cheese.

These recipes with cauliflower offer meals lower in fat and calories and with a lot more fiber. Cauliflower is also high in cancer-fighting phytochemicals, folate, vitamin C and potassium.
