Summers: Thanks for the support

To the editor:

I would like to thank the numerous businesses that supported the Colorado State FFA Convention while it was in town last week.

The businesses I personally dealt with were: Murdoch’s, B&B Welder’s Supply, the City of Craig Parks and Recreation department, Craig Chamber of Commerce, Moffat County Commission, Tri-State Generation & Transmission, Tammy at Loudy-Simpson Park, Routt County Fairgrounds, and Brothers Processing.

J. B. Chapman, thanks for the use of your grill. Thank you to the Moffat County School District for the use of the middle and high schools. I am sure that there are a lot more businesses that I didn’t personally have contact with that supported in one way or another, and I would like to thank each of you.

Without your support we wouldn’t have been able to pull it off.

Participate in The Longevity Project

The Longevity Project is an annual campaign to help educate readers about what it takes to live a long, fulfilling life in our valley. This year Kevin shares his story of hope and celebration of life with his presentation Cracked, Not Broken as we explore the critical and relevant topic of mental health.

Thank you to everyone who helped make it a success.
