Amber Kay Rowley
Amber Kay Rowley from Craig, Colo., was named to the spring 1999 college of engineering Dean’s List at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colo.
Students must carry 14 credit hours and receive a grade-point average of 3.9 or better for the semester to receive this award.
Rowley was graduated from the largest class in history of the university in the 1999-2000 class with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
The body recovered from a drowning at Harvey Gap Reservoir has been identified.
