Matthew Morse of Craig, Colo., a freshman at Colorado State University, has been awarded the Margery Monfort Wilson Scholarship for $1,000 from the College of Engineering.
Morse, an electrical engineering major, is a 1999 graduate of Moffat County High School.

Ringhand was graduated from G.W.C. Whiting School of Engineering with a bachelor of science degree in computer science and a minor in philosophy. Throughout her undergraduate studies, Ringhand held positions in the student theater group and received both the Jonathan Kurtz award for theatrical achievement as a freshman and the student excellence award for leadership and service (S.E.A.L.S.) in her sophomore year.
Ringhand plans to pursue graduate studies at the California Institute of Arts to obtain a master of fine arts degree in both technical direction and stage management.
The body recovered from a drowning at Harvey Gap Reservoir has been identified.
