Staff and Students from Sunset Elementary School: Veterans and kids

To the editor:

On Tuesday, the staff and students of Sunset Elementary School would like to invite the community to visit Wyman Museum between 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. to view a new display. Each class at Sunset interviewed a local veteran. The veterans told wonderful stories of their experiences from World War II, the Korean War, Vietnam and the Gulf Wars. You can see the interviews on display at the museum through the use of QR codes and mobile devices. On Tuesday morning, students from Sunset will be on hand to help visitors download the required app, access the wifi and view the videos. Please join us to celebrate and honor our local heroes on Veterans Day 2014.
