The Sept. 17 senior potluck at Sunset Meadows I was attended by: Tom Ward, Ada Moyer, Helen Hall, Hilda Schmidt, Rosetta Harper, Eleanor and Carl Blomquist, Lottie Skidmore, Doris McFarland, Lucille Talkington, Betty Reece, Alma Smith, Clysta Carey, Mildred Herring, Hazel Linzenmeyer, Ralph and Faye Paulson, Joe Rotter, Gen Shultz, Laura and George Swanson, Earl and Beulah Kline, Thelma Sanders, Flo and Roger Hayes, Minnie Sheard, Jean Muhme, Elsie Chase, Dorothy Thompson, Lydia Rader, E.K. and Ethel Callaway, Earl Davis, Alma Crouch, Herb McCool, Billie Young, Frances Chisum, Loise Foster, May McIntyre, Mary Jo Brown and 11 residents from Rainbow Living Center. George Swanson gave the blessing.
On Sept. 15 some of the residents went to visit Janet McAnally. They were: LaVeta Winslow, Ada Moyer, Sophie Grieves, Matt Schuster, Maryan Harrington, Margaret and Wayne Splitt, Mary SoRelle, Jack Bankston, Dorothy Springer, Hilda Schmidt, Mary Jo Brown and Gladys Mansfield. The Christian Motorcycle Association will be at Sunset Meadows I Saturday with food distribution for senior citizens.
The American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) will meet at 2 p.m. Monday at Sunset Meadows I, and as usual I am “In The Center of Things.”
