Baby boy
Robert and Kristina Tucker of Battle Mountain, Nev., announced the birth of their son, Jacob Rowdy Lee Tucker, who was born Nov. 23, 1999. Jacob Rowdy Lee weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and measured 21 1/2 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Rich and Shelly Golden of Fernley, Nev. Paternal grandparents are Jeff and Vicky Pfennig of Battle Mountain, and the late Brett Tucker of Craig, Colo. Paternal great-grandmothers are Bea Hutton of Dixon, Wyo., and Alma Tucker of Cortez, Colo.
Dance scheduled
Down Home Country will play from 9 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Friday in celebration of Shirley Monter’s birthday.
Christmas parade
The fifth annual Little Snake River Christmas Parade will be held at 7 p.m. Dec. 12 in Baggs, Wyo. Since the bonfire was so popular last year, another one is planned this year next to Danford’s shop. The bonfire will begin at 6:30 p.m. To enter the parade, call Sue Lee at 383-6292. There will be cash prizes for the best float.
