Smith-Lyon

Abbey Blair Smith, daughter of Scott and Jayne Smith, of Longmont, and Dane Michael Lyon, son of Michael and Judy Lyon of Craig, were married March 12.

The wedding took place at 5 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Boulder. The matron of honor was the bride’s sister, Melissa Jantz of Boston, Mass., and the best man was the groom’s brother, Drew Lyon of Savannah, Ga.

Tristan Jantz, nephew of the bride, was the ring bearer. Bridesmaids were Kate Ellis of Boulder, Jennifer Radicella of Boulder, Jessica Radicella of Boulder and Carey Smith of Los Angeles. Groomsmen were Alex Conner of Boulder, Brett Duncan of Boulder, Justin Hollingsworth of Fort Collins and Jared Kloos of Englewood.



Ushers were Sam Dahl of Boulder Jason Phillips of Boulder and Zach Andersen of Las Vegas Nev. Following the wedding a reception, dinner and dance were held at the Millennium Hotel in Boulder.

The bride is a 2000 graduate of Niwot High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in environmental design with focus in architecture. The groom is a 200 graduate of Moffat County High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in environmental design with a focus in planning.



Following their honeymoon to Jamaica the couple returned to Savannah, Ga., where the bride is pursuing a master’s in architectural interior design at Savannah College of Art and Design, and the groom is employed with Kessler Enterprise, Inc.
