Senior Social Center hosting wine-tasting, art auction
The Senior Social Center of Craig invites community members to its Better with Age Wine-Tasting event from 6-9 p.m. Saturday at the Yampa Building, 775 Yampa Ave.
Tickets are $25 for the night, which includes wine, charcuterie boards, live music and an auction of the works of local artists.
SSC board member and organizer Kathy Shea said the gathering is a perfect opportunity for the community to learn more about the organization and its offerings.
“We sponsor regional picnics, Lunch & Learn programs, games, classes, potlucks and so much more,” Shea said. “In our region, we have the fullest calendar of activities, and are the busiest second only to Denver for our Medicare Ship program, and are growing every day.”
