Well, looks like we’ve almost come full circle in 1999. Dec. 3 found us having a potluck at Sunset Meadows I. After the blessing, given by Herb McCool, those present were: Sophie Nardi, Rose Poff, Jack Bankston, Tom Ward, Rosetta Harper, Sadie Talkington, Bob and Donna Whitecotton, Lit Anderson, Doris McFarland, Chloe Peterson, Avis Self, May McIntyre, Lucille Talkington, Jim and Ronnie Rogers, John and Faye Russell, Elsie Chase, Jean Muhme, Mildred Herrign, Millie Bilsing, Bob Grubb, Manfred Grubb, Nellie Conway, Gerry Wilber, Dorothy Toovey, Candy Pinnt, Cliff Garvey, Earl and Beulah Kline, Minnie Sheard, Gen Shultz, Ken and Lyn Okes, Earl Davis, Alma Crouch, Agnes Russell, Verniece Self, Margaret Thompson, Ralph and Faye Paulson, Leetha and Chuck Hellman, Hazel Linzenmeyer, Dorothy Thompson, Marian Kagie, Lydia Rader, Viola Bird, Herb McCool, Nina Lawton, Celine Derick, Ted and Alberta Cochran, George Swanson, Veda Wyman, Berniece Finley and Mary Jo Brown.
Dec. 4 was a busy day with Santa at McDonald’s for the Theta Mu breakfast, lunch out at the Village Inn, Last Frontier meeting at Sunset Meadows with Gale and Lois Norman and Al Romano furnishing the entertainment. The Veterans of Foreign Wars post had its monthly senior dinner Dec. 4 and the First Christian Church held a bazzaar. It was a busy day for some of us.
