There was an American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) picnic Aug. 23 at the City Park.
The angel of the month is Mary Jo Brown’s dad, Steve Gallegos. He was 93 on Aug. 28.
Lunch out Saturday was at the Holiday Inn. There was also a pizza party Aug. 26.
