Although this is a little overdue because of my being out of town for all of last week, I just wanted to take a moment and brag on something. I had the pleasure a couple of weeks ago to go to the combined choir and band performance at Moffat County High School. I must say that in two short years, I’ve seen a remarkable metamorphosis in our choral and instrumental programs. I can only surmise that this has come from the quality teaching that these students have received. From the incredible seventh-grade band to the Chamber Choir at the high school, I heard harmony and togetherness that was wonderful! Mr. Smith, Mr. Bolton and Miss Winn have captured the hearts of their students and inarguably are getting the most from the talent available. I commend them and hope that students will continue to enroll in the music classes afforded them. Great job!
