Robber makes off with cash

An unknown person, wearing a ski mask and brandishing a handgun, robbed the east Kum & Go convenience store early this morning, the Craig Police Department reported.

The Police Department responded to the store, 700 E. Victory Way, at 1:50 a.m.

Police reported that the person made off with an undetermined amount of cash. No gunshots were fired and the store clerk was not harmed.

An investigation into the robbery is continuing.
