The company also said it plans to expand its Burbank and Sunnyvale, Calif., CyberCenter data centers and build seven new centers in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Philadelphia, Tampa and Sterling, Va.

Qwest said it will use Hewlett-Packard’s storage hardware and software management products in its existing and new CyberCenters to deliver broadband Internet applications and services.

Hewlett-Packard agreed to integrate and co-market Qwest’s storage services as part of its electronic services, Qwest said.
