Ponikvar: To a job well done

To the editor:

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Craig City Council, Randy Call, and the City Road and Bridge Department for a job well done completing the road and utilities project on Steele Street.

The paving of Steele Street was well overdue. Other streets paved and chip sealed this year continue to provide Craig with some of the best streets of anywhere we have been.

The parks and recreation department deserves kudos, as well, for maintaining our parks and flowers throughout the summer. The flowers were the best ever.

Due to the efforts of all the City of Craig employees, our city continues to be progressive, look great and improves year after year.

Participate in The Longevity Project

The Longevity Project is an annual campaign to help educate readers about what it takes to live a long, fulfilling life in our valley. This year Kevin shares his story of hope and celebration of life with his presentation Cracked, Not Broken as we explore the critical and relevant topic of mental health.

Thank you to all of the city employees for a job well done.

John and Corrie Ponikvar
