Johnathon Gill, 19, was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting arrest, illegal possession and consumption of alcohol by a minor, driving a vehicle while excessively intoxicated and possession of an open container of alcohol.

Officers responded to a report of vandalism at 415 Victory Way.

Officers responded to a report of a theft at 2600 block of E. Victory Way.
