Blanca E. Ayala, 22, of Craig was booked into Moffat County Jail on charges of second degree assault.
Jonathan David Crook, 24, of Craig was booked into Moffat County Jail on a courtesy hold.
Michelle Kathleen Cushman, 35, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.
Thomas Jay Dockstader, 45, of Craig was booked into Moffat County Jail on a courtesy hold.
David Franklin Minica, 36, of Craig was booked into Moffat County jail on a community corrections violation.
