Officers received a report of stolen license plates.

William Kilpatrick, 24, of Craig, was booked on suspicion of first-degree kidnapping, criminal attempt to commit first-degree murder, first-degree assault, sexual assault, felony menacing, child abuse and false imprisonment. He is being held without bond.

Moffat County Crime Stoppers at 824-3535. The phone line does not have caller identification. All callers remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward.
