Dawn Marie Minica, 24, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful distribution/manufacture/dispensing/sale/possession.

Santiago Rivera-Fernandez, 24, of Denver, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving a vehicle without a valid driver’s license, compulsory insurance and required position and method of turning.



Saturday, May 2

Devin James Morris, 19, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of two counts of bond revocation.



Jose Joaquin Castellano, 32, of Mountain Home, Idaho, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving a vehicle without a valid driver’s license and entering through highway.

Ricardo Caso, 29, of Denver, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of forgery and criminal impersonation.

Kathleen Helene Babb, 24, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of child abuse and abusing toxic vapors.

Sarah Lynn Williams, 23, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, driving a vehicle with excessive alcohol content and blood/breath and one-way roadways and rotary traffic islands.

Krystal June Gullion, 23, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, driving a vehicle with excessive alcohol content and blood/breath and turning movements and required signals.
