Moffat County Jail

Friday, May 7

Justin Wesley Pape, 21, was booked into the Moffat County Jail on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful distribution, manufacture, sale, possession of drugs; driving while under restraint, no compulsory insurance, no registration, no numbered plates and criminal possession of a forged instrument.



Steven R. Tomlin, 29, was booked into the Moffat County Jail on a charge of failure to appear.

Kristin Elise Cortez, 18, was booked into the Moffat County Jail on a charge of possession of a forged instrument.



David Chapman Bair, 22, was booked into the Moffat County Jail on a charge of criminal possession of forged instrument.

Officers received a accident report.

Officer made arrested a male on charges of driving under suspension, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Officers received a report of forgery of checks.

Officers issued a summons on charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers received a report of an unfounded sexual assault.

Deputies issued a second summons for an at-large dog.

Saturday, May 7

Deputies contacted a man on an arrest warrant.

Deputies investigated a lock cut off from storage units.

Deputies were contacted by a man at the safety center in reference to a stolen vehicle.
