Police blotter for July 23

Moffat County Jail

— Thursday, July 23

Jerry David Flannery, 45, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of unlawful distribution/manufacture/dispensing/sale/possession, possession of hallucinogenic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Shane Michael Vice, 20, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, following too closely, violating a restraining order, violating bail bond conditions and reckless driving.



Joseph S. Herrera, 64, of Pueblo, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence, failure to drive in a single lane and owning and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Felix A. Barbain, 46, of Denver, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.
