  • Christopher Rodgers, 20, was charged with DUI, false reporting to authorities, DUI Per Se, driving with license under restraint and illegal possession or consumption of ethyl alcohol by a minor.
  • George O’Hill, 35, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
